The INTERCONS AIRLINE department has recorded strong growth over the last few years and can boast a high level of customer satisfaction, thanks to punctuality, speed of execution and ability to propose "tailor-made solutions". Import and Export services are also offered in this sector

Efficiency, speed and immediate availability for our customers are our strengths. The services are designed to support customers who need big quantity shipments to multiple destinations. The benefit is a regular service, flexible in quantities, methods and delivery times. Your goods can be monitored at every moment of transport from shipment to delivery thanks to the satellite system ; it will also be possible to download the transport document from our dedicated portal within 24 hours of delivery.

INTERCONS offers customized and flexible transport solutions. Thanks to our network of temperature-controlled platforms, which covers Lazio,Umbria,Marche,sud Toscana; we guarantee high-level performance in line with the different needs of a complex and articulated sector such as the agri-food sector.

Our partnerships allow us to make numerous shipments of refrigerated products and ensure excellent service.

CERTIFICATIONS

Regulations and rules

In Italy, NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) transport is governed by various regulations and rules. Here’s a list of the main ones:

Navigation Code: Governs maritime transport and includes specific provisions for carriers and the responsibilities of NVOCCs.
Regulation (EU) No. 1177/2010: Concerns the rights of passengers in maritime and inland waterway transport and may indirectly impact the cargo sector.
Law No. 287/1990: Regulates the activities of transporters and freight forwarders, establishing obligations and rights.
Hamburg Rules (1978): Governs the liabilities of carriers in maritime transport, applicable to NVOCCs as well.
Brussels Convention (1924) – Rotterdam Rules: Currently being implemented, this convention aims to standardise regulations relating to intermodal transport.
Customs Regulations: Norms related to the import and export of goods, including required documentation for transport.
Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 (GDPR): Concerns the protection of personal data, applicable in the handling of customer and business partner information.
Occupational Health and Safety Regulations: Relate to loading and unloading operations and working conditions.
